Olivencia-Project Manager at Puerto Rico Donors’ Education Collaborative

At PRDEC, Laura Rexach Olivencia oversees the work and strategic direction of a collective intervention aimed at improving PreK-12 public education in Puerto Rico. Previously, she worked for Fundación Banco Popular as an independent consultant, providing strategic and operational support in various key projects, and as a program officer, designing and implementing new grant evaluation and measurement methods to maximize the social impact of approved grants. Before her philanthropic endeavors, Laura was a manager trainee and business analyst at Popular Inc. Laura holds a bachelor’s in business administration from George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
